Intra-oral Cameras: This miniature camera, about the size of a dental instrument, is placed in the mouth. The magnified image is displayed on a screen directly in front of you, allowing you to see what we find inside. Otherwise undetectable small fractures and tiny cavities can be identified with this tool.
You can see exactly how your smile looks while Dr. Keith or Dr. Denson describes your dental condition, and explains treatment, as needed. Just another great step in making your smile look the way it should!
Digital X-Rays: The wait for x-ray film development is a thing of the past. Digital images are electronically directed to a computer screen, allowing dentist and patient to see the images. For safe record keeping, the images can be stored on the computer and printed out. A great advantage is that digital x-rays can be digitally compared to previous x-rays in a process called subtraction radiography, allowing the two images to be digitally compared to determine differences.
CAESY Education System: We believe in educating not only our staff, but our patients as well. Therefore, we smartly invested in the CAESY Education System as a learning tool for you. Starting in the lobby, you can view Smile Channel programs that explain the link between dental health and a healthy life. In the patient chair, CAESY’s live-action videos with crisp, state-of-the-art 3-D animations are used to explain complex procedures in easy-to-understand language. You can “see” what we are talking about…and understand it!
